My vision for Bridgepoint Coaching & Strategy Group has always been to inspire insight and perspective that has immediate and lasting impact for our clients. I have been looking for a key partnership that would accelerate Bridgepoint's pursuit of that vision while honoring our core values. Awe. Adventure. Advocacy.
Lance LeBlanc has been leading and developing high performing teams for more than 18 years. He served in the Air National Guard, has held executive roles at large non-profits and most recently served as president of LeBlanc Coaching. Most importantly, he lives out the core values of Bridgepoint.
Several months ago, Lance and I were eating a meal and discussing business challenges when I realized this was the key partnership I was looking for. I am pleased to announce Lance LeBlanc has joined the Bridgepoint team as a full business partner and vice president.
Official press release
Bridgepoint Coaching & Strategy Group expands client services by taking on a business partner.
Bridgepoint Coaching & Strategy Group and LeBlanc Coaching, two executive coaching firms who specialize in developing leaders and increasing business performance, have joined forces. Operating under the Bridgepoint brand, the partnership will allow Bridgepoint to better meet its clients’ needs in areas of talent management and cross department collaboration.
Partnership talks between Dean Miles, of Bridgepoint and Lance LeBlanc, of LeBlanc Coaching have been ongoing for several months. They have had a close working relationship for several years and felt that combining skill sets in a complex and competitive market would create a bigger, stronger firm with more to offer key clients.
Both Miles and LeBlanc cite a recent IBM study as just one compelling reason to work together. In 2014, IBM interviewed over 1,500 CEOs worldwide to learn what their challenges are and their strategies for addressing them. Two challenges emerged at the top of the list: 1) escalating business complexity, and 2) attracting, developing and retaining the talent required to deal with it. A partnership better equips Bridgepoint to assist companies in addressing those challenges.
Bridgepoint Coaching & Strategy Group, founded by Miles in 2007, provides a unique approach to business performance by bridging an organization's strategy to execution through the vehicle of coaching.
Bridgepoint works with Fortune 500 clients throughout the United States. The main office is located just south of Denver, Colorado with additional offices and executive coaches located in Houston, Los Angeles, Salt Lake City and Lafayette, Louisiana. Miles will continue his role as President and LeBlanc will assume the role of Vice President.
